Ladies, take a weekend for yourself and join us for the next Annual Women’s Retreat at Hidden Acres Christian Center. This weekend is the perfect combination of rest, relaxation, fellowship, learning, growing, and fun!
Our Family Church ladies have been attending the annual Women's Retreat at Hidden Acres Camp for a number of years and we continue to increase our group size! This is one of the most anticipated events for our ladies ministry. It is a wonderful, relaxing and refreshing weekend together, and we always come away closer to Jesus and each other.
Each year there is an awesome speaker and worship band to lead four large group teaching and worship sessions. During free time, expect to take in a lot of classic Hidden Acres activities. Everything is planned for you: horse rides, crafts, optional workshops, campfires, paddle boats, zip lining, and the Giant Swing. The Family Life Center is a perfect spot to gather with friends, spend time in prayer, or sip coffee by the fire. This two-night retreat is a wonderful refresher!
The registration fee includes a shared bunk room, five meals, two snacks, and four chapel sessions. Our ladies group also has a few fun traditions such as our annual picture on the big swing, and be sure to listen for information on how to sign up for extra activities such as horseback riding or the zip line, as those fill up fast!
In order to assure we can all be placed together, we need as many as possible to register as early as possible. Anyone who is planning to attend the next retreat, scheduled for September 12-14, 2025, should register now! Note that Hidden Acres has a very generous refund policy, so if anything changes between now and then, you can be fully refunded up to 1 week before event, or we can find someone to take your place. When registering, be sure to select STANDARD lodging (the cheaper option - NOT the Inn) and list on your form that you are with the SE Polk Family Church group.
